Who We Are
I'm Stuart McPhee, the founder of OFW Solutions Ltd, ex HMRC with over three decades of experience as an Enforcement Officer, I have extensive knowledge of debt management, including negotiating payment plans and understanding enforcement actions. This experience was gained through face-to-face contact, visiting individuals and businesses to discuss HMRC arrears and undertake Taking Control of Goods (TCOG) enforcement actions. Prior to legislation change in April 2014 I was a certified Inland Revenue/HMRC bailiff, I have built a solid foundation in enforcement protocols.
My experience spans a wide range of tax regimes - PAYE, VAT, Self-Assessment, and Corporation Tax. I am also highly knowledgeable about HMRC's systems and procedures. This comprehensive expertise, combined with my ability to negotiate effectively, enables me to create practical, fair, and tailored solutions for individuals and businesses dealing with HMRC debts.
