OFW Solutions Ltd provides consultancy services related to HMRC debt management, specifically focusing on securing Time to Pay arrangements and helping businesses navigate HMRC’s debt collection and enforcement processes.
2. Service Agreement
Our services will be outlined in a specific agreement, which may include the scope of work, fees, and other relevant terms. Any modifications to this agreement must be mutually agreed upon by both parties in writing.
3. Fees and Payments
We charge fees for our consultancy services, which will be agreed upon in advance. Any payment terms or schedules will be outlined in the service agreement. We reserve the right to charge for additional services or changes to the scope of work.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your HMRC debts. Failure to provide relevant information may impact our ability to deliver effective services.
5. Limitation of Liability
OFW Solutions Ltd will not be liable for any losses, damages, or penalties resulting from actions taken by HMRC, including enforcement actions or debt collection activities. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our consultancy services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees must be paid, and services rendered up until that point will be charged.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
